Delivery Information & Policy

We aim to delivery your goods to your delivery address as soon as we can and using the most cost effective methods in order to maintain low costs to our customers.

Gifts
For WheatWarmers purchased as gifts we can include a gift message card with your own personal message. Please write any special gift message in the special instructions box at checkout. As WheatWarmers are often given as gifts, we will always endeavour to accommodate any special request delivery request. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements.

Standard Delivery
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail. Our standard delivery charge is 3.99 per item. Wheat bags are heavy items and we have endeavoured to minimalise the postage costs.
Individual items are dispatched as follows:
Multi Purpose - Royal Mail First Class, 1 to 2 working days
Back & Tummy - Royal Mail First Class, 1 to 2 working days
Neck & Shoulder - Royal Mail Standard Parcels, 3 to 5 working days
We will always try to accommodate special requests so please contact us by email or phone and we will try to help.
Multiple purchases will either be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels which takes 3 to 5 working days or by My Hermes courier service which can take up to 5 working days.

Delivery Details
Please ensure you provide a correct postcode and address; our website automatically creates shipping labels based on the information you provide. If the information you provide us is incorrect, we will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations as the delay or failure arises from a cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend that you provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel as they may not be able to fit through some letter boxes. Some of our orders require signatures for delivery; this is for your protection and to ensure that your parcels are delivered in a timely fashion. Deliveries can be any time from 9AM to 5:30PM. A work address may be more appropriate if nobody is likely to be at home. If you request a delivery to a work address, please ensure you enter your name in the delivery address fields.

Our courier company will attempt to make delivery a maximum of 3 times. If there are any delivery instructions, please include these in the special instructions section at checkout.
